She was the daughter of George and Rose (Stammen) Buehler. On Oct 20, 1951, in St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville, she married Edward Post, who preceded her in death. On Sep 5, 1983, in St. Rose Catholic Church, she married Cyril 'Hoot' Evers, who survives in St. Henry.
Also surviving are two sons: Bob (Deb) Post, St. Henry, and Jim Post, Cincinnati; a daughter, Lisa (Sunil) Gupta, Gulf Breeze, FL; a sister, Mary Thobe; six sisters-in-law: Marcene Buehler, Dorthy Keller, Donna (Vernon) Huber, Lucille Stahl, Margaret Kinder and Marie Koester; and eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a grandson, Brandon Huelskamp; seven siblings listed below; and ten in-laws: Werner Thobe, Ralph (Roseann) Post, Wally (Pat) Post, Thomas Kelly, Richard Stahl, Louis (Bernadette)(Zita) Fullenkamp, Florentine (Arlington) Rose, Leonard Koester, Paul Ranly and George Kinder.
She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry Altar Rosary Sodality, Daughters of Isabella and New Bremen Senior Citizens Group. She was a devout Catholic, an avid card player and fisherman who loved life, her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren dearly.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Henry Catholic Church.
