Born Dec. 22, 1922, in Shippensburg, Pa., he was the son of the late Mearns W. and Sidney F. Hammond Fuller.
He attended Shippensburg High School.
He was a supervisor in Building 350 at Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, Pa., for more than 32 years. He retired in 1974.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II with Headquarters Co. 817th Tank Destroyer Battalion.
He was of the Protestant faith.
He was a member of American Legion Post 606, Ft. Loudon; and VFW Post 6241, Mercersburg, Pa.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothea P. Over Fuller, whom he married Sept. 3, 1950;
two daughters, Arlene K. Eckert of Frankford, Del., and Teresa A. Kean of Chambersburg; one sister, Kathleen Gury of Shippensburg; two brothers, Guy J. Fuller of Shippensburg, and Mearns Fuller of Baltimore; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one grandson, Shawn Kean; and one sister, Arlene Fuller.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
At the family's request, there will be no public viewing.
Arrangements are by Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home Inc., Chambersburg.
