Lonnie Graham Barber
Born August 26, 1881, Burke County, N.C., Lonnie Graham Barber, as next to the last child born, was the son of Jacob "Jake" Keller Barber and Martha Jane Branch Barber, both born in Burke County, N.C.

2- Thomas Andrew Barber
3- Sarah "Etta" Barber
4- James "Clayton" Barber
5- William Conway Barber
6- Lonnie Graham Barber
7- Pinkney Spurgeon Barber
Lonnie Graham Barber married Laura Emma Sparks Barber, on January 24, 1899, in Burke County, N.C.
Lonnie and Laura had seven children and may have had two additional children that died as infants. The children were:
1- Ernest Lee Barber
2- Ellis Graham Barber
3- Lula Rae Barber
4- Fred Wilson Barber
5- Melvin Reid Barber
6- Lee Roy Barber
7- Margie Helen Barber.
Lonnie received a severe injury to the head by a well windless, with then, not living very long after the injury.
On April 1, 1938, Morganton, Burke County, North Carolina, Lonnie Graham Barber, still married, died at the age of 56.
His widow, Laura Emma Sparks Barber, never remarried.
Lonnie and Laura were my Paternal Grandparents.
