I did locate a death certificate for him which confirms the dates of birth and death contained herein. I have not been able to locate an obituary for him in Franklin County, or in Lincoln County, Tennessee. I did, however, find a mention of his burial in the "Shady Grove" column in the Thursday, May 7, 1936 issue of The Truth and Herald (Winchester, Franklin Co., Tennessee) which states "Mr. Albert Clark was buried at Shady Grove last Monday." His death certificate merely states he was buried at "Shake Rag," which on the Franklin County side represented the Walnut Grove community "in those days," but on the Lincoln County side, the Shady Grove community was known as "Shake Rag." His daughter, Jessie B. (Clark) Golden said her parents were buried "up there at Shake Rag" and clearly meant Shady Grove Cemetery.
