Fond du Lac Commonwealth Reporter, Fri. Aug. 25, 1967, p. 16:1. Mrs. Emma Schneider, 74, of 30 Amory St., died at 2:35 p.m. Thursday at St. Agnes Hospital. Born Jan. 12, 1893, she was the daughter of Christian and Louise Braun Kierig. She was married to Elmer Schneider in 1914. He died Mar. 9, 1963. Mrs. Schneider was a member of St. Louis Church, St. Ann Society and Catholic Order of Foresters. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Norman Mies, and one son, David Schneider, both of the city; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one brother, Nick Kierig, Schiller Park IL; and three sisters Mrs. James Duffy, Mrs. Rose Jaworski and Miss Helen Kierig, all residing in the city. She was preceded in death by one sister and two brothers. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home and 10 a.m. at St. Louis Church, Rev. Joseph T. Morissette, OMI, officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Schneider, who died Thursday, were held at 9:30 a.m. today from the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and 10 a.m. from St. Louis Church, Rev. Roger T. Cyr, O.M.I., officiating. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers were Norman Mies Jr., Michael Mies, John Schneider, Charles Schneider, Eugene Menge and John Patt.
