She was born in Bogota, Texas, the daughter of Alvie Agusta and Lona Mae (Rhodes) Justice. She grew up in Sawyer, Oklahoma on the family’s small farm with her brother and six sisters.
In 1961 she moved to Stockton with her husband and three small children. Later she and her husband moved to Oakdale after both retired from San Joaquin County Hospital.
She is survived by her sons, Martin and Justin Aynes; and daughter, Vicky Adams; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Aynes.
Services were held April 25, 2013 at Oakdale Memorial Chapel. Burial was at Park View Cemetery, 3661 E. French Camp Road.
