George Beegle died at his home near Osterburg on Wednesday, March 12, 1902. After marriage to Jeannette Dunkle, they lived at Imler Cross Roads and then moved to the farm on which he lived when he died. Member of Lutheran church. Nine children. Eight brothers and two sisters. George was "an upright man and was universally esteemed for his excellent qualities."
