She was the daughter of James Conniway (Conaway) and Palmira Walker Conaway.
They married; 22 February 1855, Freestone County by Andrew Davis, minister of Methodist Episcopal Church South. (marriage records of Freeston County Texas 1855)
It was his second marriage and second set of children.
He died in 1863.
Her parents are buried in the same cemetery as she.
James and Palmira had four children;

2. Alice b. 1858 d. 1859
3. Calpesea b. 1860 d. 1868
4. James Edward b. 1862 d. 1937

James Edward is buried with his family in Buffalo Cemetery, Buffalo, Texas.

She married Robert Nelson Harrison 26 April 1874, Freestone County, Texas. (marriage records of Freestone County Texas 1874)
They had two children together on the 1880 Freestone County, Texas Census;

She was the granddaughter of George Washington Walker b. 1808 Tenn. d. 1888, Freestone Co, Texas. (He founded the Mt. Zion Methodist Church in Freestone Co.) and his first wife Permitty Bohannon Walker b. 1811 Ga., d. 1848 Ala.
