Married 2) July 23, 1919 in Freestone County, Texas to Wilma Ann Kulbeth. They had two daughters. The following obituary was printed in the Fort-Worth Star-Telegram on March 5, 1956. Byron Charles Harrison, 68, resident here 10 years, died at 2:15 p.m. Sunday in a hospital after being confined to bed 16 months. Harrison was a member of the American Legion and the Disabled American Veterans. He had his own shoe repair business in Wichita Falls before coming here. He was a resident of Wichita Falls 25 years. Harrison, of 1010 N. Sylvania, was a member of the Last Man's Organization. Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Mrs Joe L. Doling of Fort Worth and Mrs Lester C Walden of California; four brothers and Three grandchildren. Owens and Brumley will announce arrangements. Burial was March 6, 1956.
