Ethel Loomis passed away March 5, 2008 at the age of 92 surrounded by her loving family. She resided with her daughter and son-in-law for the past 32 years where she was known as “Granny”. She had a very loving heart and found humor in almost every thing in life. She will be deeply missed. She is survived by daughter Donna Smeltser (Larry) and son Charles Loomis (Janice), numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. The family wishes to thank Granny’s caregiver, Melanie for all her love and support. A Memorial Service will be held at Rainier View Christian Church, 12305 Spanaway Loop Rd S, Tacoma on March 15, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Remembrances may be made to Rainier View Christian Church.
