RITES TUESDAY
AT CHAPEL
FOR MILLMAN

Funeral services for Carl Clifton Millman, Sr., 53-year-old native of Eddy County, will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday at West Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. Leonard Foster, Hillcrest Baptist Church pastor, officiating, assisted by the Rev. R.J. Zoet, Carlsbad Bible Church.

Millman was born Oct. 11, 1903, at Lakewood, and died at a local hospital this morning. Owner of the Help-Self Eight Street Laundry, he resided at 2511 West Montana.

Millman spent his early years on a ranch in the Lakewood area. He moved to Carlsbad from Artesia in 1943.

Survivors include two sons, Clifton and John Millman; one brother, Ernest Millman; three sisters, Miss Edna Millman, Mrs. Dwight Lee, Mrs. Ora Parker, and seven grandchildren, all of Carlsbad.

Burial will be in Carlsbad Cemetery, under direction of West Funeral Home.
