Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Chronister on Monday afternoon, February 8, 1932, at 1:30 p.m. Interment in East Berlin Cemetery.
The body will lie in state Sunday evening from 7 to 9 o'clock.

ANDREW D. SPANGLER DIES AT SPRING GROVE
Spring Grove, February 5 – Andrew D. Spangler, a retired stone cutter, died at 12:30 p.m. today at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Chronister, this place, from a complication of diseases, following a two weeks' illness. He was aged 82 years, 10 months and two days.
Mr. Spangler had been making his home with his daughter since the death of his wife, Mrs. Alice Spangler, five years ago. He was employed for many years at G. W. Birchall and Sons, York. During that time he was a resident of York. Mr. Spangler is a native of Adams County, near east Berlin.
Surviving are four children, Mrs. Chronister, with whom he made his home; Mrs. Edwin Resser, Lewis Spangler, and Mrs. Robert H. Anderson, all of York. Eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren also survive.
The funeral will be held on Monday with services at the Chronister residence at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Dr. J. B. Baker, pastor of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, York, of which the deceased was a member, will officiate. Interment will be made in the East Berlin Cemetery. Funeral Director Carl H. Shaffer, of this place, has charge of the funeral arrangements.
