Obit:
Mrs. C. W. Clement (nee Rogers) was born in North Missouri, July 6 1848. She came to Benton County when 15 years old and joined the M.E. Church South when 16 years old and has been a consistent Christian ever since. She was married to C. W. Clement on May 27th 1867. To them were born nine children, six boys and three girls, seven of whom are still living. She died December 1st, 1910 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Grace Pillsbury, in Bentonville. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. W. H. Sears at the Phillips cemetery after which they laid her away to rest until we meet again on the resurrection morn. Farewell, Mother.
