Death Calls Two Malvern Ladies
Mrs. L. M. Pillsbury Dies in Edmundson Hospital Saturday and Mrs. Atkinson in Malvern Sunday.

Death has again entered our midst and two worthy ladies of this vicinity have answered his call.

Mrs. L. M. Pillsbury was taken quite sick last week and was taken to the Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs for an operation from which she failed to survive. She passed away Saturday morning. The remains were brought to Malvern Sunday evening and funeral services held from the home Monday afternoon. Our deepest sympathy goes out to the sorrowing husband and the two little orphaned girls.
Grace Clement was born in Arkansas, October 14, 1883, and passed away at the Jenny Edmundson Hospital Saturday at 4 p.m. Oct 23, 1928, being 37 years and 9 days old. In 1909 she was marred to Lewis M. Pillsbury to which union were born two children, Lucille and Goldie. Mrs. Pillsbury when she was a young girl untied with the Baptist church in Bentonville, Ark. She remained in this faith as long as she lived. The sympathy of this entire community goes out to the husband and these little daughters, and the five brothers and one sister who are called upon to mourn her early demise. Leaves have their time to fall, and flowers to wither at the north wind's breath, And stars to set, but all: Thou has all seasons for thine own O Death. Is it when Springs first gale Comes forth to whisper where the violets lie Is is when roses in our paths grow pale, They have one season, all are ours to die. We know when moons shall wax and wane; When summer birds from fall shall cross the sea, When autumns hue shall tinge the golden grain, But who shall tell us when to look for thee.
Funeral from the home last Monday at 3 pm conducted by Rev. J. H. Freedline pastor M. E. Church
