Funeral services will be held for Mrs. Eli Marceaux, the former Marie Touchet of Rt. 2, Box 73C, St. Martinville, who died in the St. Martin Infirmary early today at the age of 73.
She was the daughter of Valerin Touchet and Victoria Melancon, both of Broussard.
Survivors include two sons, Asa of Orange, Texas and Alvin of Morse; five daughters, Mrs. Dennis Smith, Mrs. Delmas Smith, Mrs. Lessin Smith and Mrs. Edlas Bonin all of St. Martinville and Mrs. Harry Adams of Gueydan, four brothers, Odey Touchet, Joe Touchet, Enis Touchet and Gilbert Trahan, all of Kaplan and Ambrose of Gueydan; also surviviing are 54 grandchildren and three great - grandchildren.
The services will be held Saturday afternoon in Gueydan.
