FUNERAL SERVICES
HELD AT IDALIA
FOR R. B. TAYLOR
Funeral services were held at the German church at Idalia last Thursday for Richard Bennet Taylor, former Wray resident, who died at Greeley on September 6, 1943, following a short illness. He had been making his home with a daughter. His death came three weeks before his eighty-first birthday.
Mr. Taylor was born in Brown county, Kansas, on September 26, 1862. He was united in marriage to Clara Bell Balley on May 23, 1886.
To this union eight children were born, five of whom preceded him in death. Three daughters are left to mourn his passing. They are Mrs. Blanche Hill of Greeley, Mrs. C. Ashliman of Limon and Mrs. P. A Smith of Hale.
There are also two sisters, Mrs. Eliza Snead of Ridgfield, Washington, and Mrs. LE Mansfield of Burlington, eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchil- dren and a host of other less near relatives.
