Mrs. E. Clark Kessler

Mrs. Julia C. Kessler, 46, wife of E. Clark Kessler, died at 8:30 o'clock last night at her home, 47 Rose street, Phillipsburg.

She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Rebekah Lodge No. 45, the Shimer and Howell Parent-Teacher Association and Dames of Malta.

Mrs. Kessler was born in Easton, a daughter of the late Henry D. and Alice Schafer.

Survivors are her husband, a daughter, Miss Patricia Ann Kessler, a son Frank Tettemer, at home; three brothers and a sister; Henry Schafer, Mrs. Margaret Mordan, Easton; Theodore Schafer, Riegelsville; Daniel Schafer, Stewartsville; and two grandchildren.

Rites for Mrs. Kessler

Funeral services for Mrs. Julia Kessler, wife of E. Clark Kessler, 47 Rose street, Phillipsburg, were held this afternoon at the Hagarty Colonial Home, the Rev. Webster K. Reinert, pastor of the Grace Lutheran church officiating.

Interment was in Fairmount cemetery. Pallbearers were Daniel Schafer, Henry Schafer Sr., Henry Schafer Jr., Theodore Schafer Sr., Theodore Schafer Jr., and Henry Mordan.

Her 2nd husband was E. (Elmer) Clark Kessler.
