Iris Jean McKibben, 54, 1207 East 6th, died Aug. 13, 1985, at Hutchinson Hospital, after a long illness. Born Iris Jean McClelland April 22, 1931, at Hutchinson, she married Lewis R. McKibben Dec. 19, 1975, at Wichita. She was secretary of Salt City Insurance Agency and had been a Hutchinson resident all of her life.

She was a member of the First Christian Church and the Women of Moose, Hutchinson.

Survivors: husband, of the home; sons, Terry L. McCoy, 1130 East B, John W. McCoy, Hutchinson; daughter, Sheryl A. Voran, 7119 Valley Road; mother, Iona R. Brovan, 609 West A; brother, Jim McClelland, 907 Garfield; and five grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Elliott Chapel, the Rev. Claud L. Myers. Burial will be at Fairlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. Thursday at Elliott Mortuary. Memorials to the American Cancer Society.
