Fredrick R. McClelland, 64, 609 West A, died Sunday at Hutchinson Hospital following a short illness. Born Aug. 13, 1911 at Shannon City, Iowa, he married Iona McMillan, June 2, 1930 at Hutchinson. He was a retired carpenter and lived here most of his life.
Survivors are widow; son: Jim, 907 Garfield; daughter: Mrs. Jean McKibben, 1206 East 6th; brothers: Frank, Blue Eye, Mo.; George S., Golden, Colo.; Charles G., Arvada,Colo.; sisters: Mrs. Lucille Sayre, 414 North Chemical; Mrs. Lois Floyd, Fordland, Mo.; Mrs. Laberta Hamby, 2214 East 4th; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Elliott chapel, Rev. Claud Myers. Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery. Friends may call Monday and Tuesday at the Chapel.
