"ARIZONA 'DUTCH' ARCHER
CARBON, Ind. (Special) - Arizona "Dutch" Archer, 84, was dead on arrival at Clay County Hospital at 6:13 a.m. Wednesday. He was a watchmaker and gunsmith, and a member of the Baptist Church. Surviving are the widow, Louise "Jenny"; six sons, Chester and Richard, both of Brazil; Cecil, Princeton, Ind., Kenneth, Indianapolis, and Tom and Gilbert, both of Carbon; a daughter, Mrs. Emma Krider, Carbon; 29 grandchildren, and 34 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Miller and Sons Funeral Home with the Rev. Mark Hamilton officiating. Burial will be in Calcutta Cemetery. Friends may call."
