Born Sept. 9, 1905 in Overton County she was the daughter of the late George Washington and Flora Mae (Howard) Bilbrey. In addition to her parents she was preceded in deathe by her husband, Pendy Peterman. She was a member of Viola Church of Christ.
Survivors include a daughter, Imogene Moredock from Viola, three sons, Lester Howard Peterman,Charleston,SC, Bedford Peterman , Goodlettesville, Ken Peterman , Nashville,a brother Earl Delon Bilbrey , Old Hickory, two sisters,Vocle Cannon,Hendersonville N.C. and Loverda Upton,Cookville,13 grandchildren,19 greatgrandchildren,3 great-greatgrandchildren.
