Forrest DeLong
Services for Mrs. Forrest Dove DeLong, 72, will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the Banta Funeral Home in Dayton, where friends may call today from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Burial will be in Bear Creek Cemetery in Montgomery County.
Mrs. DeLong died Wednesday at Garden Manor Extended Care Center, where she had been a patient for a year.
Surviving are her husband Phillip; two daughters, Mrs Dora Butz of Columbus and Mrs. Audrey Hammond of Dayton; a brother Dennis Perry of Dayton; 14 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
Note: She died in Butler County, Ohio
Forrest is the daughter of John Riley Sampson and Maude McClain John Riley is a brother to my great great grandfather David Andrew Sampson, they are sons of Harvey George Sampson and Rachel Diane Cottrill 2nd wife (Harvey George's 1st wife was Anna Riggs)
