June was the daughter of Charles and Nancy Ann Frazier Evans, died at Stonebridge Health Campus She married Dale R. Underwood on October 10, 1938, and he preceded her in death on March 21,2009.

She was a homemaker and member of the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Donna and three sons, Dale, Denny and Jon Mark; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; a sister, Florence Byers, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers, Noah, Morris and Wilbur Evans; and two sisters, Alma Ashley and Nova Allen.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 7, at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church with Father Rick Aldred officiating, burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday April 6th at the Day & Carter Mortuary with a rosary service conducted at 7:30 p.m.
