Phyllis M. Sigler, 90, Shultz, Pleasants County, widow of Harry Leo Sigler, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at home. Born on September 20, 1923, in Shultz, she was a daughter of the late Bud and Fern Moore Maston. She was a nurse’s aide at the former Colin Anderson Center. Phyllis loved music and embroidering.
She is survived by her children, Leo Cooper Sigler, Jim (Shirley) Sigler, John (Fonda) Sigler, Bill (Jean) Sigler, Wade (Pam) Sigler, Richard (Bridget) Sigler, Louwannah (Bill) Jemison, and Ginger (Paul) Marks; 27 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; two foster grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Leona Kelly, Jane (Wayne) Huff, Betty Maston, and Charley (Sarah) Maston; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, James, Paul, Jerry and Bill Maston. The family would like to thank Andrea Claypool, Linda Jones, and Kelly Minor for their care and assistance with mom.
A graveside service will be 4:30 p.m. Saturday April 26, 2014 at Willow Island Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys.
