He was born, May 18, 1925, in Schultz, Pleasants County, WV, a son of the late Bud and Fern Moore Maston.
He was a US Army Veteran of WW II, serving in Germany, and a recipient of the Purple Heart.
He was a member of the Boilermakers Local Union # 667. His hobbies included woodworking.
He is survived by six children, five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, four sisters, one brother, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews, a very special nephew, and caregivers.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Riella C. "Kate" Maston on June 7, 2013, two infant children, and three brothers, Jerry Maston, Bud Maston, and Paul Maston.
Graveside services will be held Monday, August 19, 2013, at 11 A. M. at the Willow Island Cemetery, Willow Island, WV.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 P. M. Sunday at the Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, WV.
