She was born in Ashley, N.D. She grew up and attended schools in North Dakota.
She moved to Lodi in 1934. On August 2, 1936, she married Arthur S. Wisner in Sparks, Nev.
Mrs. Wisner had been active in the Emanuel American Lutheran Church of Lodi.
She was preceded in death by her son, Frank A. Wisner of Lodi; two brothers, Emil and Julius Hermann.
Mrs. Wisner is survived by her husband, Arthur S. Wisner; two sons; three sisters, Anna Strong, Maggie Rott and Bertha Schaeffer; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
