He was a native of Lodi and attended local schools. He worked as a carpenter in the area for several years.
He was a member of the Emanuel American Lutheran Church of Lodi and of the Carpenters Local No. 1418.
He is survived by his wife Azora Wisner of Brookings, Ore.; two daughters, a son; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Wisner; two brothers, Robert Wisner and Eddie Wisner; and three grandchildren.
