This memorial is for a cenotaph as permitted by the F.A.G. FAQs, because it is presumed that Otto's name appears on lists/plaque/whatever at the cemetery in France despite the fact that his remains were subsequently returned to the United States and reinterred in Michigan as see in this F.A.G. memorial.
