BENJAMIN ANDREWS, (Farmington, 17 June 1659 - Farmington ante 23 October 1727), son of John Andrews and Mary ---.
Benjamin m. 1st Farmington 26 May 1682 Mary Smith (perhaps Lyme, Connecticut ca 1662 - Farmington January 1707/8); m. 2nd (as her 3rd husband) 14 June 1710 Dorcas Wright Allen Wetmore (Middletown, Connecticut - Farmington 4 December 1711); m. 3rd (as her 3rd husband) Sarah Kilbourn Crane Leonard.
Benjamin inherited the home of his father in Farmington on the east side of the river, about two miles north of the village, near the canal aqueduct. The home and land remained in the hands of his descendants at least to 1875. His will, dated 1723/4; inventory taken 1727, £509 7s.
