"Her funeral was held in Glendale and her burial took place in Inglewood, Calif. Words of the Unity faith, of which she had been a student for many years, and the singing of her favorite song, "In The Garden," made up the service. So passed into memory one of the most interesting women who has ever lived in Glendale.
A New Englander in appearance, in dignity and reserve, she was a true Californian in friendliness and love of life."
