Redus Wilson, 71, Iberia, died Monday at Capital Region Medical Center-Southwest. He was born July 3, 1925, in Miller County, a son of Lawrence and Sarah Dake Wilson. He was a self-employed laborer.
Survivors include: one brother, Marvin Dake, Iberia; and three sisters, Irene Fitzgerald, Sierra Vista, Ariz., Maxine Means, Meta, and Shirley Copeland, Dixon.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Rekus Funeral Home, Iberia. The Rev. Duncan Skiles and the Rev. John Bouldrey will officiate. Burial will be in Dake Cemetery near Iberia.
