Mrs. Josephine Alzina Hutchinson Lewis, 53, died at a Provo hospital Saturday morning following a lingering illness. She was born July 22, 1904 at Torrey, Utah, a daughter of Joseph and Mary Elizabeth Mortensen Hutchinson. She married Preston Lewis Oct. 6, 1920 in Salt Lake City. Previous to her illness she had been active in the LDS church. She is survived by her husband, her mother, two sons and three daughters, Guy Preston Lewis of Portnola, CA; Richard N. Lewis, Mrs. Roy (Mary) Delaney and Mrs. Chester (Betty) McVey all of Spanish Fork and Mrs. Jake (Anita) Van Schloteren of Denver, CO. (Provo Daily Herald May 25, 1958)
