Iva was born in Tillamook County, Oregon to parents Isaac Zura Wells and Laura Edith Olds Wells and she is a direct descendant of Tillamook pioneers and settlers. Iva was raised with siblings: Charles Henry, Blanch L., Wibur Wayne Sr., Ike Sherman, Roy Ray, and Lloyd Lee Wells. She married Loring Grant "Bob" Robinson and they had together eight children: 1. Betty Jane Robinson Nowlin 2. Patty Lou Robinson Huntley 3. Donna Jean Robinson Lawson 4. Loring Grant Robinson Jr 4. Nancy Lee Robinson Sells Smith 5. Terry Lee Robinson 5. Jack Robinson who died as an infant 6. John Robinson who died as an infant and both babies are buried in Tillamook, Oregon. Iva and Bob raised their family in Tillamook along the Wilson River on a dairy farm. She was as loving devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and cousin. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, raising finches, growing African Violets, reading the Bible, reading books, sewing, and loved spending time with her family. She made lots of quilt blocks, but didn't put them together into quilts. At the time of her passing she lived in Coquille, Oregon and she is dearly missed to this very day.
