Bio

My name is Lori Lemmons Harvey. I have been doing family ancestry work for about twenty years now. I love my family dearly and hope that future generations will be able to learn about their ancestors due to the work I have been doing. My parents and grandparents were all hard working, wonderful people. On my mother's side I have descended from Tillamook Pioneers: Trask, Quick, Simmons, Old's, Randall, & Wells through my grandma and through my grandpa, the Huntley's, Lehnherr's, Jennie's, Thrushes. On my father's maternal side I have descended from LDS Utah pioneers: Kruitbosch/Busch, Sessions, Freestone, and Bryson. On my dad's paternal side is the Lemmons, Turner's and more. My family roots have been in the farming & timber industry mainly and you can trace them back to the founding of the United States. I would love to connect with any family members no matter how distant we are on the families tree limbs! I am happy to help anybody and anything I find or post here or on my ancestry.com is public. I don't feel I have ownership of records or other information I may find or inherit as the purpose of genealogy for me is to share my departed loved one's with others and to be accurate to the best of my ability so I may honor them. What's wonderful about sharing is I am discovering my branch has some pieces of the puzzle, and then other branches have other pieces and when you put them all together you get a much clearer image of who these departed family members were. Through ancestry work and sharing I was able to show so many pictures and information to my grandparents before they departed and it really meant a lot to them so thank you to everyone who has ever helped me. If you need any help with anything or have questions I can help to the best of my ability. Sincerely, Lori Lemmons Harvey
