Mrs. Galbraith was born October 6, 1918, in Braymer, MO. She moved to the Kansas City area in 1939, and remained there until her passing. She was a member of Red Bridge Christian Church and served as a deaconess. She was the president of Samaritan class and was the chairman of Christian education. Jeanette was also a Sunday school teacher, membership chairman, and an elder at the church. She retired from Gas Service Co. after 37 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Tripp and Ella (Holder) Tripp, nine sisters, and one brother.
