Born in Lampasas, Texas. Daughter of George W. Ervin and Alice Wynne Ervin. Moved to Barry County, Missouri, in 1890. Married Grover Cleveland Baker in 1917. Mother of three children. Lost one son in WWII. Ervin Nathaniel Baker was aboard the US Submarine Grayling, lost off Manila Bay in Sept., 1943. Lulu Ervin and her family made their home in Rogers, Arkansas, where her husband died in 1932.
