Mrs. Anna Slaughter Gorin, age about 34 years, wife of William F. Gorin, died Tues. on the operating table while undergoing surgery for goiter at St. Anthony's Hospital in Louisville. She is survived by her husband, her parents, Mr. & Mrs. G. M. Slaughter, one brother, William Slaughter, of this place; and 4 sisters, Mrs. Dave Bloyd and Mrs. C. P. Thurman of Louisville, Mrs. L. P. Abell of Jackson, Miss. and Mrs. Henry Enlow of Athertonville. Burial in the Red Hill Cemetery. She is the daughter-in-law of Circuit Court Clerk Henry F. Gorin.
