After retirement he and his family moved to Paris in 1976. He served our country during WWII in the U.S. Navy and also served our Lord as a Nazarene minister in Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his wife Violetta Harrell in 1994, 4 brothers, 3 sisters, a grandson Lloyd O’Brian Harrell, grand-daughter Brenda Jean Harrell, two sons-in-law William Edward Harding and Don Nelams.
Mr. Harrell is survived by 6 children; 30 grandchildren, 65 great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, February 5, 2015 in the chapel of Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home with Dr. Michael Gentry officiating. Interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery.
