Harvey W. Wolfe, 57, of 230 Wenz St., this borough, died yesterday in the Reading Hospital. A native of Richmond Township, he was a son of the late James S. and Dianna (Knerr) Wolfe. He was employed at Kutztown State Teachers College and was a member of St. John's Reformed Church, of town, and the Kutztown Fire Company.
Surviving are his widow, Mary S. (Waartzenluft) Wolfe; a daughter, Marian, wife of E.R. Peterson, Bergenfield, N.J.; a son, John H., at home; one grandchild; two brothers: Oscar Wolfe, Reading, and Elder Wolfe, Fleetwood R.D. 1; a sisster, Mrs. Lillie Angstadt, of Bowers; a foster sister, Minnie, wife of Earl Gambler, Topton; and three foster brothers: Leon, Reading R.D. 1; Sheridan, of Fleetwood, and Isaac, Kuztown R.D. 3.
Services will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Fritz and Kendall Funeral Home here, the Rev. D. Horton Nace officiating. Burial in Hope Cemetery, this borough.
