William Clark Fullerton was born on 4 August 1860, in New York,(listed on death certificate), To Irish Immigrants Arthur Park Fullerton and Margaret Clarke Fullerton. William migrated to the Prairies of Kansas with his Parents, brother, James and sister Isabella, where his father Arthur homesteaded 80 acres in Clay County Kansas, Arthur grew up as a farmer's son. He then married Margaret (Maggie) Leah Houser in 1886. They had seven children in 20 years, George, Robert, Olive, Iva, Ava, Della & Arthur. William and Maggie homesteaded in Sheridan & Clay County Kansas, where their children attended Prairie schools in Goshen & Fact Townships. Sometime after 1910, and by the 1920's William and his family had migrated to Nebraska, where he continued his farming. By the 1930's William had then migrated to Seattle Washington where he kept a small garden and lived out his life. He died on December 2, 1937, in Seattle, Washington, at the age of 76.
