Margaret Clarke Fullerton was born on February 5, 1829, in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Margaret married Arthur Park around 1851. Margaret immigrated to the United States with her Husband Arthur and settling in North Bergen, Hudson, New Jersey. After having two sons and a daughter, James, William & Isabella, they migrated to the prairies of Kansas. Arthur became a farmer, homesteading 80 acres, growing wheat and corn, they raised a few cattle, had a couple of milking cows, and oxen for the farm work. Margaret had two more children, daughters Sarah & Eliza. Arthur died in 1904, Margaret followed in 1908.
