Marietta F. Roskamp, 96, of Cedar Falls, died Saturday, Sept. 7, at the Cedar Falls Health Care Center.
She was born May 2, 1917, in Chicago, daughter of Otto M. and Florence Bos Schmidt. She married Clarence K. Roskamp on Oct. 16, 1936, in Hammond, Ind. He died Dec. 2, 2004.
She was a homemaker throughout her adult life.
Survived by: a son, Robert (Mary Lou) of Cedar Falls; two daughters, Meriel (David) Abrahamson of Surrey, Canada, and Florence (Rob) Rayburn of Tacoma, Wash.; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Donald Schmidt of Florida.
Preceded in death by: a brother; and two sisters.
Graveside services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens, with visitation from 10 to 10:45 a.m. at Richardson Funeral Service, both in Cedar Falls.
