She retired as a surgical nurse, from Manatee Memorial Hospital after 17 years. She was an avid bowler. Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, John A. Mullins Sr. and Rose (Wells) Mullins and her brother, John A. Mullins, Jr. She is survived by brother, David Mullins, Union City, Indiana; and three sisters, Thelma Maggard, Fernande Mullins and Vivian Speckner, all of Bradenton. Donations to the charity of one's choice. Visitation will be Friday, November 5, from 6-8 p.m., at Mansion Memorial Funeral Home, 1400 36th Avenue East, Ellenton. Graveside service will be Saturday, at 11 a.m., at Mansion Memorial Park.
