Vivian Ruth (Mullins) Speckner 81, of Bradenton, Florida passed away December 18th, 2017. She was born July 6, 1936 in Partridge, Kentucky and came to Bradenton in 1983 from Columbus, Ohio. Vivian married Carl on November 20th, 1954 in Richmond, Indiana. Vivian was preceded in death by her husband Carl Speckner, sister Juanita Mullins and brother John Mullins. Vivian is survived by her sisters, Thelma Maggard of Ona, Florida and Fern Mullins of Bradenton, Florida; brother David Mullins of Union City, Indiana and numerous other nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held at Groover Funeral Home at 10:00 - 11:00 A.M on December 23, 2017. A graveside service will be held immediately following at Groover Funeral Home located at 1400 36th Ave E, Ellenton, FL at 11:00 am on December 23, 2017.
