Ruth Vannoy Raybuck Formerly of Big Beaver and Koppel Ruth Vannoy Raybuck, 91, formerly of Big Beaver and Koppel, died Thursday, September 30, 2010, in Friendship Ridge. Born April 27, 1919, in Apple Farm, WV, a daughter of the late Otis and Ethel Barr Vannoy, she was a member of the Homewood United Methodist Church. She retired from Mayer China after 30 years of service. An avid quilter, she enjoyed sewing and working in her greenhouse. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Doey Raybuck, in 1986; five brothers, twin, Paul Vannoy, and Harold, Delbert, Oval and Emmanuel Vannoy. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Leon and Carole Vannoy, Beaver Falls; two daughters and sons-in-law, Nancy and Robert Taylor, Big Beaver, and Cresalda and Paul Toth, Chippewa Township; a brother, Hale Vannoy, Georgia; four sisters, Pauline Dobbins, Beaver; Wilma Jean Freed, Tennessee; Virginia King and Juanita Sturm, both of West Virginia; seven grandchildren, Felicia Maietta, Big Beaver; Scott and Cynthia Vannoy, Chippewa Township; Brian and Virginia Vannoy, Ellwood City; Eric and Wendy Vannoy, Beaver; Cathy Toth and Roberta Toth, both of Chippewa Township, and Paul Toth Jr., New Brighton, and six great-grandchildren, Joshua, Matthew, Katelyn, Courtney, Haley and Carter. Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the LUTTON BEAVER FALLS FUNERAL HOME, 1117 Fifth Ave., www.luttonfuneralhome.com, where services will be held Tuesday at11 a.m. The Rev. Scott Graham, of the Chippewa Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
