"LOUIS BLANKS
Louis Blanks, 83, died Feb. 4, in a Kerrville Hospital. Services were Friday evening in the Plummer Funeral Chapels with burial in the Garden of Memories North Cemetery.
He was born in Kerr County and was a retired cook.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Hazel Lowe of Gordon, Ga.; a son, Hubert Clinton of Chicago, Ill. and four grandchildren."
