L.R. "Jack" Gravley, 74, died Monday, March 18, 1991. Mr. Gravley was born in the North Grosbeck community in Hardeman County. He was a retired farmer.
Mr. Gravley was a member of Farm Bureau for many years and he belonged to First Baptist church in Quanah. He had served as president of the North Grosbeck Community Association.
Survivors include his wife, Wilma; two sons, Derwood Gravley of Quanah and Lee Gravley of Lancaster; two daughters, Gatha Downey of Amarillo and Gwen Templeton of Grand Prairie; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four sisters, Lela Foard of Memphis, Mary McNutt of Weatherford, Opal Foard of Childress and Ola Mae Forbis of Wellington.
Five brothers and five sisters preceded him in death.
