DOROTHY GEE
ARCOLA — Mrs. Dorothy Gee, 54, of Arcola died at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday (May 30, 1978) in Barnes Hospital, St. Louis.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Shrader Funeral Home, Arcola. Burial will be in Arcola Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
Mrs. Gee was born Feb. 11, 1924, a daughter of Leonard and Frances Houchin Murphy. She married Fred Gee in 1942. He survives.
Also surviving are one son, Terry Gee of Arcola; two daughters, Mrs. Tom (Linda) McDaniel of Germantown, Tenn. and Mrs. James (Nancy) Harlin of Arthur; two brothers, Billy Murphy of Arcola and Jack Murphy of Texas; one sister, Mrs. Joe (Jane) Ernst of Arcola, and four grandchildren.
