Margaret 'Maggie' Thompson Goodman Henderson was born March 17, 1893 at Buckhead Creek, Cleveland County near Wanette, Ok. to John Edward Penman Chapman Thompson and Elizabeth Ester Bence. She died Oct 3, 1985 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma.
Funeral services for Maggie, 92, will be held Monday, Oct. 7 at 2 p.m. at Crosstown Pentecostal Church with Rev. Willis Baldridge officiating.
Interment will be in the Okmulgee Cemetery under direction of the Cantrell Funeral Home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charlie Henderson in 1959, and one son; Wilbur Goodman in 1978; five sisters and six brothers.
Maggie is survived by her daughter-in-law: Bertha Goodman Agee, one grandson: David Goodman and wife, Barbara Joan; one granddaughter: Dorothy Cottrell; and four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Also, three sisters; Aliene Cummings, Jetty May Robison and Annie Ritchie.
