Services for A.C. Ethridge, 69, of Slaton will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Westview Baptist Church with the Rev. Billy McKee, pastor of Bible Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Englewood Cemetery under direction of Englunds Funeral Service.
Ethridge died Wednesday, May 20, 1998, in Methodist Hospital.
He was born Aug. 24, 1928, in Falls County. He moved to Slaton from Marlin in 1947. He married Nanna Lou Elder on Dec. 20, 1948, in Lovington, N.M. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church. Two sons, Allen Ray and Robert Elder, preceded him in death.
He worked for Western Hog & Cattle and Robert Heath Trucking. He was self-employed as a buyer for used oil field equipment.
